What the difference between the Curado BNT 3927 and Citica BNT 2170 ball bearings. Also, can you the Roller Clutch Bearing on the Citica 200e, BNT 3947, be swapped out for the on in the Curado 200e7, BNT 3910? Any benefits for upgrading either or both?

Yep... Looks like the right thing. Those should fit on most any mandrel. The opening is a bit big so I like to use a mandrel with a large screw thread so it centers better.
