I love this rod. Picked one up when they first came out after speaking to Matt. I actually use mine for punching as well as frogging.

I posted my results before of the same lure/rod with a '12 JM Carbonlite reel and also 50E but had 15#pps8s and max cast with 50E was 42' got 45' but accuracy not as good so I have 3 reels that I get nearly the same distance out of.
