Got the North Fork blanks in 8 days. They feel awesome just running them along my rug and then my hardwood especially the Xray blank. Excited to get them built and then my PB will be here tomorrow. How crooked is your x ray blank? The last 2 x ray blanks that I got was pretty crooked compared to th...

Re: North Fork Composites
Took possession a few weeks ago. Took about 7 weeks to receive it. Ordered the SJ732. Wouldn't you know, the blank measures only 82 inches. I was going to take 4 inches off it anyways, but it's strange - and typical NFC. I don't think I'll place anymore orders with them. I order an 7108 x ray and i...

I got my SJ 736 tied up. Just need tof epoxy and done. I will finish my MB 7109 after that. I will take the 736 out for some late season walleye, just for kicks.
Do you think that 7109 can handle 1 to 1.5 oz punching weights ? I got one on order too.

Re: NFC DS 761-1 (HM)
I’ve had a rod on this blank for three seasons and I would say it’ll definitely handle up to 3/8 oz in 20ft of water. You might not be making agressive overhand casts with 3/8 or 1/2 oz but there’s no way it feels under powered with that size weight. And I use this sometimes for drop shotting 7 inc...

NFC DS 761-1 (HM)
Anybody use this blank before? I was wondering if it can handle 1/4 to 3/8 oz weights in 20 to 30 ft of water decent?

Re: North Fork Composites
Has anyone received their orders from this sale? I contacted them over two weeks ago through email and they said they got slammed and processing would be a few days longer than usual. I still don't think mine have shipped. I can't sign in on their website to check the status for some reason and I c...
