I dump them all into a plano 3700. I've been doing it for years and never really had any issues.

I know a guy that uses them, but he can't catch fish.

I throw the 4" swing impact a lot. I use the Owner Ultrahead Inshore jig head. Has a really strong hook, great keeper and no thick collar to stretch your bait.
