Re: Crappie rod
I tested my combo last week , unfortunately I didn't caught any panfish , but I had 16" walleye , 20 " + cat and 25" + carp , lol , all on Chartreuse Black Chartreuse 1/16 oz Road Runner Original Marabou Jig , It was a pleasure to use this gear , very light , I enjoyed it for most of the day .

Re: Orochi XX Casting Rod 6'8" Megabass MH Jerkbait Special
I tested rod yesterday for few minutes great rod this is what I was looking for I don't think it's stiffer than Downs 684 . IMO XX loads better with lighter cranks jerks.

Re: Orochi XX Casting Rod 6'8" Megabass MH Jerkbait Special
I received Megabass Orochi XX Jerk Bait special today very nice looking rod but there was a large spot of filler on cork I already removed it with sending paper(still not perfect) but quality of cork is not too good there is a lot of filler I would prefer to get better cork instead of fancy rod cover.

SPRO BBZ-1 Jr.
I read that people complain about original treble hooks from Gamakatsu , what kind (size) of treble you use for upgrades , I ordered Owner Stinger Treble ST-41BC 2X Size 1/0 but they are little bigger than gammys so I don't know if they will be not too big for this lure .Thanks.
