TE50GT Box says--- 5-260, 6-195, 8-130 yards
Shimanos Site says--- 6-140, 8-95, 10-80 yards

Also the box states the reel weighs 7.2 oz and the site states it weighs 8.5 oz.....

Me too.....and it was on a loomis too I don't remember the model, I know it was a hot shot tho. It does the same on my Musky model rod.
But when I put it on my Crucial swimbait special it matches perfectly.
I would also like to know if anything can be done to have it sit nice and firm....

What line diameter does Shimano use to calculate line capacity?
