The Most Coveted rods of the X7 line up are?

AND, What rods in any current line up exceed them for a specific technique? I have a Super rekkai and I have been looking for X7 rod that is longer BUT has the same action and power. I was looking at the 7'1" Valkyrie but from the current write up seems like the 7'6" rod may be the better ...

Re: What are You PUNCHING with?

GLX 954 +1 I am a big fan of this rod. The GLX 954 FPR is where it is at for me punching. Warhammer is solid as well, but traded it away after using the GLX. I have purchased the Steez AGS 8' H that I'll try this upcoming season, but will use more as a flipping and pitching rod then just punching, ...

Re: TOTAL DESTRUCTION

I love the looks of full cork rods. I do as well I fudged up with that X7 flipping stick. I should have just got it. I was confused with one version I read about. Sometimes I get confused with megabass equipment. But I like every full cork rod that I have made by them. In this picture the changes I...

Re: What are You PUNCHING with?

I had a Point Blank PB761HF built this summer that has a SV103XS on it. It's great for half ounce jigs and regular duty flipping and pitching, but it maxes out at 3/4 ounce for punching in my opinion. I feel like I need a little more rod to get a rhythm with the 1-1.5 ounce weights. The 8 foot rods...

It did not seem hard at all. I never thought about it but I will try a different breaking system and see how it goes

Re: What to add to the arsenal?

Re: Still in love with my 803!

Kinda why I am cautious of the Hein Kistler Rods H3 I have I am very happy with Not the heavy but the one I have I’ll list when I get home That being said ,given the specs of the Hein I can see that the kH3 May be the better option Anyways got the 803 in and the 50 conquest goes great with it. I’m o...
