Re: Watch out for these
I knew they were on their way here. Just showed up on Tackle Warehouse site for pre order, they won't last long. I fish the small one on a C-rig and as a jig trailer and done well. I Just got the larger one. What ever way you fish them, I would nose hook them using a Owner screw lock, large size. Th...

Re: Lure & Boat Back Lash?
I have ordered from them three times now in the last couple months. Small packages, each time I received a few bucks back on my card for freight differences that ended up being under the estimated cost at invoice. I wouldn't worry, they do have a Facebook page that you can contact them through. And ...

I just received mine, can't fish till Saturday, my initial analogy is that it feels like when you put on a nice watch.

Re: Brand new Aldebaren 51 HG not smooth
Not familiar with the way the handle is secured on that reel, can you back off one turn on the handle nut? The way you describe the sound and area, it must be right there.

Re: Brand new Aldebaren 51 HG not smooth
You might look at the () shims under the handle to make sure that they were not installed like ((, that may reduce the spacing and allow sum rubbing in that area. Do you know what I'm trying to say?

Re: Rod sensitivity subjective?
I like the subject of this post. I think most who visit this forum are fans of higher end equipment, so it is a good topic. I do believe that the fishermen must be tuned in or sensitivity is a moot point. Case in point that I'm thinking of, Texas rig with tungsten and flouro in the day time, then do...

Re: G rod from TT. come Review
I have both the higher end Pro Bass and the new Game Changer. I like the G-Rods so much that I'm planning on buying more and bumping Loomis IMX's and Dobyns Champions off my boat. Both rods are much more sensitive, lighter and have a stronger back bone than others in their price range. The Game Chan...

Re: New chronarch mgl - Malaysia :(
Just checked Japan Tackle again as I just got conformation that mine has shipped. I noticed that in the details of the reel, it had changed from made in TBD (to be determined) to made in Japan. I guess they just received their reels and confirmed it.
Re: G-Rods
I have been fishing both the Game Changer and the Pro Bass for a month now, and crappie fishing the 7' Crappie series rod for over a year. Extremely pleased with each one. The 7' Pro Bass has defiantly improved my jig fishing, the hook sets are strong and the sensitivity is phenomenal. I'm picking u...
Re: G-Rods
I agree completely with previous post, I have had the 7' crappie rod for over a year, the sensitivity, light weight all with a strong back bone are amazing. I drop a 1/6 oz. jig with braid / flouro and fish it next to a similar weight Dobyns Champion Extreme which is a fine rod in itself, I keep pic...

Re: New Shimanos up on japan tackle
Could someone please name or message me the "other" JDM web sites referred to here? I heard of sites in Austrailia and in Isreal, but I can not locate them. Also, if I'm listed as "first on waiting list" for a Chronarch MGL, any idea what that wait would be? I have messaged Mr Sonona, just no respon...

Re: I met Rick Clunn today
If it were me, I would have opened my rod box and let him take his pick of anything he needed, you know it would have come back ten fold.
