The clip is correct when the spool WILL NOT come out easily.

It still won't come out easily but before it wouldn't come out at all, unless I pushed it out from the cast control side.

So are you ready for retirement yet

Also how is the spool removed is there a trick? I remember the sales guy popping it out no sweat but I cant get it to go and I'm scared to force or do the wrong thing. I had the same problem with my 101D and ended up having to remove the cast control cap and pushing it out from that side. It turned...
