Re: ZBone General purpose spinning rod

I think this is really a question about whether you want to upgrade to any top-of-the-line spinning rod. If you have a bunch of GLXs, do you want/need an NRX? You already have an H3, do you want/need a Zbone? To me the answer is yes, because I like addictive rods. I fish my GLX rods a bunch and the...

Re: Alphas Appreciation Thread

From an Alphas 103....to an Alphas LSD..... :-$ \:D/ Conservative definitely wasn’t in the design brief for my first shot at customising an “Alphasaurus” Got every performance mod and upgrade you would expect (inside and out) and a light sprinkle of a few other bits & bods... Re: IMX Pro ice rods

Most of the stuff I've seen from them is in the 90-140$ range. Tuned up custom rods also assemble some nice Ice rods as well agai...

Re: IMX Pro ice rods

Sorry I didn't see this post until now. The high end ice rod market is pretty big in some places. We have a dealer in MN that has someone making solid carbon blanks for them. The rods sell for $200-400+ and they can't seem to build enough. We worked with dealers like this to develop the Ice rods. S...

Re: Daiwa Z2020 vs Calcutta Conquest DC 201HG

Went with the Conquest. Overall I feel it is just a bit more solid in construction (my 401 is super solid). Thanks all. Please let us know what you think. This reel is on my short list for similar weights and techniques. Will do! Will also compare against my Antares DC MD. Right on, thank you. I'm ...

A revised tribal spider, and each Tatula comes with a round of Jager bombs and a bottle of Drakkar Noir.
Drakkar Noir??? You keep that next to your Walkman with DePeche Mode’s greatest hits?

Re: More new Tatula models...

Anyone hear of 2021 releases ? Anyone hear of what’s co...
