Texas Tackle Split Ring Pliers are the best I've used to change out treble hooks .

You will be happy with the Texas Tackle split ring pliers. Best split ring pliers I've used. I have the orange handled ones. Very pleased when I need to change hooks on baits, these make quick work of this job.
