Re: My new Toy

mhood - I bought a 2007 toyota tundra SRS 5 last month with the 5.7 liter (371 HP) V8 and i'm getting roughly 16 to 17 mpg. I have to say this is my first toyota and I love it. I traded my full size chevy in and it doesn't even come close to comparing. I'll never buy another GMAC product again. I le...

Re: Skeeter SX170 Bass Boat

Yes the wife has claimed her side, so sideways is out for me. My floorplan says 22' but after construction with doors and walls, it measures about 19'6. According to the Skeeter web site, an SX180 with swing away tongue is 19'3 which would barely work in my garage. I'm trying to avoid puting the boa...

Re: Skeeter SX170 Bass Boat

I think I can get the SX180 in my garage with the swing away tongue. The new 08' models can come with a 150HP which would be great.
Thanks for the help.

Lowrance X125 question

I have a X125 now and I noticed my friends older model X86 shows fish and bottom structure better that my X125. His has less pixels, watts and power but does a better job, what gives? My 125 appears cleaner that his but is harder to see bottom structure and fish. Any thoughts or experience with the ...

Skeeter SX170 Bass Boat

I'm looking to get a Skeeter SX170 with either a Yahama 90 or 115. My garage on my house is 19'0 in length and the Skeeter 170 is the only bass boat I found that will fit, which is a must for me. Anyone know of any other bass boats that will fit to that length? I wanted a Stratos 275 with a 115, but...

Wantthat2: Brooklyn Bill has the Airy Red & the Yellow Pixy in a left hand retrieve for $300.00. Great dealer to deal with also.

Re: Power Pro line

I tried Power Pro for the first time and had problems with the line digging into the rest of the line on the spool. Is there any way to prevent this?

Thanks

Re: Helium LTA vs Helium LTX??

I recently felt the LTA 6'9 and the LTX 6'9 side by side and the LTX is faster/stiffer, almost like a fast vs. extra fast.
