Re: Why can't there be advanced rod sensitivity testing?
Grant, that golf club comparison makes em wonder if the folks at e21 have ever strapped one of their new rods on their golf club machine, assuming they have one?

Im planning on a gold handle plate and a red anodized drag star this winter when the rod isnt in use. Another way to waste more money. :? :) I wouldn't call it...

You might be right, it's certainly gaudy on that Calais, the knobs look as large as the spool!

Maybe it's just me, but that's the ugliest handle I've ever seen on anything, even my toilet.

Re: Plastic baits losing color??? Advice needed.
Yes, I think the misunderstanding starts when one person thinks it's plastic baits, such as hard plastic cranks, and others think it's soft plastic baits, such as worms!
On the Yum thing - I've never noticed it to fade colors, but it stains stuff, at least the green colored stuff I used did.

Re: Plastic baits losing color??? Advice needed.
Some of us are talking plastic worms, and others crankbaits, which are you having problems with? I guess the way you describe it it's a crank or a plug would be a good word, and would make more sense! If that's the case, i'd have to say that they used water based paint, and misssed the clearcoat par...

Re: Plastic baits losing color??? Advice needed.
Sounds like the bait you had was colored on the outside, instead of made with colored plastic. I've only had colors fade after leaving in the sun a long time!

You talking about a little link button? They have one for their topsites thing, never seen one for just a link though. I really have no idea what you're asking, or don't understand the numbers thing!

Re: how much weight for my jon boat?
If you know the make, you can look it up on this site, if not, look at the various one's, and get a guesstimate. For a 10 footer, I've seen them with a foot control as well as a tiller in the back, total thrust over 110, so it's pretty much in how quickly you want to move. If it were mine, and I jus...

Re: small Megabass boat?
I was under the impression that boat was a jon boat, just rigged. How much does it weigh?
As far as rigging a boat like that - you're probably gonna have to do it yourself, I did one, and more recently, a guy posted on here one he did.
