Re: Jackall Rhythm Wave
Let me rephrase my Jackall after rethinking it. I think the keitech fat 2.8 and Easier shiners excel in the olders water temperatures lie high 30's and 40 degree temps. I find the that a keitech crawled dead slow coaxes picky cold water smallies into biting with the sublte light tail imparting actio...

Check out this killer finesse jig!
Wanted to share a finesse jig created by my long time smallmouth buddy and aspirting Chicago bass fanatic Ryan Whitacre. He created the original tightrope when we were both youngins' and it was our little secret bait on the Lake Michigan tournament circuits. And now its has gained a large following ...

Re: what micro jig trailer
My good buddy with the aspirations and skill made this little finesse jig called the TightRope baby firework jig and has been a hit throughout the Chicagoland area and midwest. Its the most beautiful compact finesse jig and has won us many victories in Lake Michigan bass tournaments. What sets this ...

Re: Yamamoto Single tail grubs
I like 5 inch grubs for smb and Yamamoto probably produce the finest single tail grub but I find that the Kailin's have my utmost confidence with thier clear plastic that has put many smallies in the boat over the years. I like the vmc moon eye jigs to match my grubs colors. I fish 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 dep...

Re: Favorite Flipping Hook Knot
I learned how to snell a straight shank flipping hook hook from a mentor when I started flipping and have had mostly positive hookups in roof of fishes mouth. The tension to the hook set when it comes htrough pulls the shank just right!

Re: Calling all soft jerk bait fanatics
I primarily fish great Lakes smallies so I do every little fine tuning i can to get that bait below the surface. I got rid of all my Flukes once I saw the damage the 13 "The Jerk". Its a 5 inch soft-plastic jerkbait with 2 cool thick tails that more produce action the entire time the Jerk is in the ...

Re: Favorite tube
Mini tubes work all year long, im always test and experimenting tubes on Southetn Lake Michigan and I like mass produced mini tubes netbait and xzone manufacturer but still have great quality colors, plastics and good skirts. Gitzit slender tube is a must have in tough conditions. Howie's tackle in ...

Re: Best jighead for Keitech Easy Shiner 4"?
For shallow shallow ultra realistic, i love the megabass minnow head 10 or less. For deeper water up to 40' on either spinning or casting combos the Big bite baits minnow head and ball head jigs are truly the best! Dirty jigs guppy head looks so perfect, but until it changes up the hooks it uses I'l...

Re: Jackall Rhythm Wave
Its a decent option for when your keitech stash is depleted or if your rookie buddies are loosing to many good keitechs! I think they do an okay job. The 3.8 is a solid dor both finesse swimbait fishing and has a harder thumping tails that keitech baits so it work grwar as spinnwrbait, swimjig, chat...

Re: Jdm paddle tails
For finesse swimbaits, theres nothing that compare to the action, softness, assortment of colors, shaps and sizes that the Keitech company offers. Others love Megabass swimmies but the keitech has your needs covered. If your just looking for swimjig trailers look for a thicker paddle tail to produce...
