Re: Anyone deal with Cross Outdoor Gear?

Never trust a business that won't post any phone number on their website. I would be contacting your payment method firm and attempt to get your money back. There is nothing about this business that looks legit. Looked through their website and looks like they are scamming pics from TT for thier pro...

Re: Advice for a new rod

My suggestion to you is the Megabass Javelin. This is truly an all around stick. At 7'5 it will give you the long casts you want into the deep clear canyon lake waters. It loads well between 1/4 and 1oz. I have 6 megabass rods and 2 Luxxe rods now and this by far has the most versitile action of the...

Re: Daiwa Exist vs Certate (3012H)

I have both the '16 Certate and the 15' Jdm Exist. They are both stellar! Really what you are looking at here is a mag frame on the Exist compared to the Aluminum frame on the Certate(, some prefer aluminum over mag and vice versa) giving you about 1.3 oz differnce in the models you are referencing....

Re: Study Abroad in the USA!Where?

Question to Floridians Why so many ponds in FL fenced around it with no access, and those ponds are not someone private property? Sometimes you can see a nice pond with big bass living there next to a mall or a parking lot and you can't really fish it. https://c1.staticflickr.com/3/2805/11120004174...

Don't know anything about Mebaru rods, but I like learning new things and doing research. Do these two series fall into your catagory? The 6'11 MLS http://www.daiwa.com/jp/fishing/item/rod/salt_rd/gekka_air_ags_ajing/index.html The 6'9 or 6'10 Their Storia line might also fall into your requirements...

Re: Steez XT rods...are they safe for your reel foot?

Good Question! I never thought about that when buying any of my fishing rods. Figured it was a given that when you holstered your weapon for action, you had gotten past the asthetic of the reel foot. Interesting that people put that into the equation of a rod purchace. Guess I will pull my IS's, Mor...

The primary reason I use a leader on any treble hook bait. Cuts down the tangle enormously, especially if you use actual leader line which is generally pretty stiff line.

I have been wanting to get my hands on a NIB or Mint SLP Zillion Limited for some time. See them on the Japan Auction sites, but I have not mastered the method to that madness yet.
It was easier to get my Battler from Austrailia than to fetch one of these gems.
