Re: 70 size spool options

Maybe SLP knows something we don't, like maybe a red accent 7.1 in the future.

Are these lower weight than stock ct spool?
Sounds like it if Sore Thumbs weight is correct.... I believe. How did you get them sore thumbs anyways..... Be truthful now
It's posted on the Plat website, 8g (does not indicate w/without bearing). Stock is 9.4 I believe.

Re: Boca A7 Orange Seals?

Thanks I will research if I can find SLP Micros in the needed size. I meant to mention IXA as well. They also make a well regarded SS Micro Bearing. You will find those in the same spot you will find the KTF offerings. When you arrive at that destination there is plenty of information regarding BFS...

Re: The Best Swimbait Rod

If you don't want to spend 4X retail on a Artex, your best bet is to find as many shops as you can who will potential do reservations for them in the future. (they make small batches of the rods) Make communication with them and be patient. Follow the DRT facebook page. If your lucky, you will pay a...

Re: Boca A7 Orange Seals?

With an incoming reel I’m looking for a set of bearings that will cast from 3-7g mostly targeting the 5g range. Looking for smooth start up and loading. I was looking at the HH AirBFS but they are OOS for the bearings I’d need. Opinions on the Boca A7 Orange Seals? I’ll likely buy their Pin Pliers ...

Saw this a couple a days ago. Great Video!
I think that is why these are re-selling for 4-5X retail. The fish sees the rod, then automatically bites your bait...

Re: Luxxe Rods

oltre 69 mh. It's certainly sensitive. I have to get a faster reel for it; lariat was only unoccupied reel I had to put on it for now. My fishing has changed since I've switched over to faster reels, so it felt kind of strange cranking like a madman. This may have colored my first impression. Like ...

Yes. As long as it's the Zillion that accepts the 34mm spool.

Hey guys, I'm on the market for a swimbait rod. I don't have any budgetary limits. The sky is the limit.... Here is a piece that recently did for Ned Kehde. It is an always rigged offering for me nowadays so much so that I have a rod coming specifically for it. https://www.in-fisherman.com/editorial/megabass-dark-sleeper/358498 Once I got past the 8 paragraphs of forensic description of the bait it was a...

Not much love for this beauty?
One of the reels I have been considering, but I'm not sure what to do with a 4.8:1 gear ratio reel?

It's quite small. Here compared with 16 Aldebaran BFS.

What a quaint couple. Those finnish fish arent going to know what hit them!
