Do you have it set up correctly?Spool tension needs to be set to where the spool has a little bit of play in it. My 2 Tat SV’s will cast just as far as all of my other reels.

I have a Tatula and a zillion rod. In my hands I can’t tell much difference between the two. I also prefer the looks of the Zillion. Walmart.com has 2 Mh 7’3 Zillions in stock for 197.60.

I agree. I have a gen 1 e6x and it is way overpriced for what it is. Heavy and feels cheap.

I have a 783c and it's an OK rod but I find it lacking in sensitivity. I use it mostly for spinnerbaits. You're paying for the G Loomis name and warranty for these rods in my opinion and this rod would be better suited with a 100 dollar price tag.
