Re: Megabass levante discontinued?

The expride isnt even in the same price range. Now compare the gen 1 zodias to the levante. Very Close. Both models have great actions, and look great. I think the Levante is a tad more sensitive. I personally own a Zodias 7'2" MH, gen 1 Levante flatside special, and a gen 2 Jerkbait special. I also...

Megabass levante discontinued?

I see tackle warehouse took these rods off their website. Looking further, some larger retailers are out of stock also. Any idea as to what's going on? Maybe just waiting for them to come across the pond? Another redesign wouldn't make sense, these rods are a major improvement over gen 1. Thoughts?

Re: Ned Rod

Expride medium. A little lighter on the weight ratings on most medium power rods.

Re: Most specific chatterbait rod

I love my evergreen combat stick. 7'3" heavy glass. The majority of the time I am throwing a Jack Hammer in 1/2oz. Vibration through the rod is excellent, i can rip through grass with ease, and the feel is great when it comes to bites.

Curado 70 spool tension loosening on its own

This year the spool tension knob on my curado 71 has begun to loosen on its own. I can make maybe 10 casts before I have to check it and tighten it back down. It's never been cross threaded and the o ring is still intact. Any suggestions?

Re: Best combo for a chatterbait?

I love my evergreen jackhammer chatterbait special. Curado k 7.4. A little heavy but I won't fish a composite rod with chatterbait ever again. Not to mention this combo matches perfectly and is awesome looking!

Medium light spinning rod.

Looking for a finesse spinning rod between $200-300. I am looking for a rod to mostly throw 1/16 & 1/8 oz Texas rigged robo worms. As of right now I am deciding on either the 6'10" ml expride, and the megabass orochi whipsnake. I have also put some thought into other rods such as the legend tourname...

Evergreen warranty

The tip on my evergreen jackhammer rod broke between the first and second guide last night on a cast.... I'm not seeing any warranty or contact information on evergreens website. Do I go through diawa? I'm not even sure there is a warranty on these rods. I hope there is I really liked this rod for i...
