Thanks guys. That is pretty much what I thought. Maybe sell it and get something more suitable for BFS-if I indeed want to do BFS. I'm not sure at my age I want to chase that rabbit.

How well would my Antares A work for BFS? I now there are a lot of variables but in general how should it work. I'm sure there are reels better suited but I have an Antares in hand that I have never fished. Please be patient with me for I'm an old senile codger.

No I had surgery on my shoulder about 4 months ago and am still undergoing physical therapy. My casting distance is limited but at least at this time I can still fish and launch my boat for which I am very thankful.
