I don't have a set "after x amount of fish" or "after x amount of minutes." I just check my line and knot for fraying every so often and re-tie accordingly.

The reel is Made in Korea, spool in Japan (Obviously). Confirmed by ZPI. No more speculation needed. Sorry to those that were hopeful..

The Steez does not appear to be significantly smaller is size compared to the current SV TW. The new version is only 5 grams lighter according to the specs. I reckon I will have to see the two side by side to compare. I was a little surprised to see this too. CT is 5.3oz versus 5.5oz for the curren...

Super Elseil is probably the hardest to source.. Super Eiger is probably the most loved.
