Re: Sunline FX2 froggin

Nice! I took advantage of the 10%off sale at TW went with the 60# blue/green 300yd spool. Its gonna look sicky. I might try it on a jig rod too. Picked up a couple jackall kaera frogs too. They seem sweet.

Re: Sunline FX2 froggin

Right on. I was using 65# 832, I thought it was strong and casted well, I didn't care for how fast it faded. I'm intruiged by the low diameter and blue/green color of the fx2 it will look sweet on my reels. I was also eyeing the viscous no fade braid, the line got great reviews but is out of stock u...

Sunline FX2 froggin

Thinking about picking some 60# up for froggin and punching. Anyone use the stuff? The TW reviews are all over the place.

Re: Have top water rods changed?

I use a 7MH st.croix. I like bigger 1/2oz poppers and 5/8oz sammy's. I do tip down retrieves no prob. I like a little longer and stouter rod for hitting fish at the beginning of a retrieve after a long cast.

Tdz 103h spool stuck

I can't get the spool out of my tdz 103h is there something I'm missing? I should just be able to remove the side plate and have it pop out right?

Re: Best apoxy for this?

How long have you had it? Could be a warranty issue.... Exactly. If you bought it brand new from an authorized US dealer, clearly you have a warranty claim. If you bought it used, hopefully someone can help you with the epoxy question! We are always quick to get these things in process and resolved...

Aftermarket handles

Do aftermarket handles like zpi and rcs typically come with knob bearings, then you just buy knobs?

Re: Your 3 go to/favorite baits, and three you hate?

Word guys. I could see that being a lot of fun just a takes different kind of patience. In my experience its rare that the biggest bite of the day comes on a senko, Ned or a Drop shot. I have a smallie lake were the drop shot is really good but it frustrates me cause I'd way rather have them hit a c...

I just don't get the finess thing. I would rather fish all day for one big bite.
