Re: Rod Geeks?
I’d go with the 7’ ml 4-10lb instead of the L... I have built on the ml and couldn’t see going any lighter for a Ned rig rod fishing bass... great blank btw! The RODgeeks c4 blanks are a great value!

Re: Daiwa Tatula Elite AGS...Guide Question
I wish these guides were available for rod builders... I can understand why Daiwa wouldn’t want that though, lol.

This is not abnormal, I’ve had quite a few fresh built rods creak a bit. Will be fine.

Re: 10 foot rods
Fly rods and the longer swimbait rods would be my guess as far as where the rule change will have a greatest impact.

G loomis IMX walleye spinning
Anybody have any experience with these...? In particular the 7' light spinning. Are they balanced pretty well with 2500 size Shimano...Y frame guides with k runners?

Re: New GLX rods
I picked one of the new mbr844s up in a store the other day. First though.... Wow I need one of these!
Although I think the 842 might be first on my list! :-)

Re: Megabass Levante
The EMTF is tip heavy I can vouch for that... Really nice stick though once you add some weight to the butt to balance it out. Surprised how well this stick fishes larger crankbaits and topwaters.

Re: ICast preview, look at new GLX
Yeah that's awesome... Wonder how the 892 will compare to the 852. I could really be interested in an 892c.

Re: G Loomis NRX 872s
Still loving my 872s... Been tons of fun fishing this stick this past spring season! some nice fish caught too... My positive experience with this stick has me seriously considering a 901s for lighter duty. One of my friends has one he's in love with!
Any updates on your 872s Eric?

Re: Nrx 852
Another quick question... For those who have used both, how would you say the NRX 852c compares to the GLX 852c?
Use would be mainly flukes, small paddles tails on jighead, maybe light topwater and 4" senko in a pinch as well.
