Re: Jigs with Living Rubber

I posted this previously, but after two seasons all my jigs are rodstrainer: I ordered all of Dirty Jigs OD flipping, Skinny Bear Griz, and Dink's Flippin'-Pitchin jigs, looking for living rubber backed by a gammy hook. Where to start: Cheapest (of the three). Hand Tied (with wire). Rattles included...

Yes the arms rod you want is the "left" version, based on holding the rod with your left and reeling with your right.

Re: Luxxe Rods

I will post some more pics this evening, but I would like to point out some the primary differences in the rods to the best of my knowledge. 6'7 M Oltre: 75,000 YEN, 115grams 7'0 MH Efreet: 53,000 YEN, 110 grams I paid 125600 including shipping, so a bit of some savings. The Oltre is certainly the ...

Re: Luxxe Rods

Here is some more blank technology for you to chew on Drew. Olympic Co. JP looks to be a substantial manufacturer of blank material in a variety of fields, Including a pretty stellar fishing rod line-up. They give some detailed information on sensitivity, reverberation ect on thier website. They ha...

Re: It's Been a Minute

Nice gear. Really nice.

I'm very curious as to how the ZPI and monoblock perform and if there was any mods done to make them compatible. I read on another thread that the PG isn't compatible with the CV-Z but the 001M was compatible (inductor length was the variable).

Thanks,
Andrew

Re: Steez RC vs Poison Ultima

I would concur that the PG and PU rods I have fished (166M, 1610M, 172H, 174-SB XH), are generally lighter than what I would expect from a M, H, XH rod at their line ratings. I think the 166M was probably the most true to it's medium power. I would add that the rods bend really deep into the blank, ...

Re: Steez RC vs Poison Ultima

After reading this thread, I started looking into the Steez RC a bit more. I was wondering if anyone in the know can tell me what (outside of AGS guides, graphics, etc.) is the blank technology that sets apart the RC and the EG Synergy line-up? Has anyone fished the Synergy CSYC-71H and the RC 7011...

Re: pros/cons, steez sv tws, us or jdm model?

I'm not arguing I'm debating .I think the fishing industry as a whole could benefit from this. You'd be gone in a heart beat if it was up to me. Reading what you have posted took away roughly 5 minutes of my life I'll never get back, there's no debating on that one (yes only 5 minutes because I ski...
