Re: Do you still use Boca Bearings inside your reels?
I've always used BOCA Lightings. The last 2 orders I've received have been garbage. They've all become loud and geary after a few uses. They were all oiled before use and after use. Don't know what happened, I swore by them previously. Brian.

Re: Need Help Deciding- Daiwa Tatula SV 70 OR Daiwa Tatula 80
Heard of a couple of people that needed to replace their spool bearings right out of the box as the stock ones in the 80 were squeaky garbage. My 2nd. 80 was loud on the cast. I cleaned the bearings and reoiled them and it helped a bit. I eventually just changed both 80's over to Hedgehog HD's. Bri...

Re: 50E Antireverse Bearing
No that is just the bearing. The BNT4157 is discontinued and we no longer have it in stock. Most of the time they can be reused. If there is corrosion it typically can be cleaned up with steel wool and oil. You can also try any of our service centers. They may still have them available. Thanks much...

Re: Still trying to dial in Met 20 JDM casting settings
Set your cc to just remove side to side, put ALL 4 blocks on (this will not make you less manly), set the dial to 4 and adjust down from there. If you can go down to under 2 on the dial, lock 2 brake blocks up, set your dial to 6, and move down from there. Brian.
