Check out North fork composites 668-1 HM. You can add the 3 or so inches to give you a bit more deep power and increase the fast action of the blank. The HM are a very good high end choice. This blank with the added length seems ideal for what you are wanting to accomplish.

Do you have measurements on the SJ 736? Just wanted to get a comparison between the SJ 736 and the MB 736.

I'd like to have the MB 808 at 7'6 for throwing half to 3/4 oz football jigs but I'm worried that taking off 6 inches from the butt will take away too much backbone.

North Fork Composites 8 foot blanks

I have 2 of the MB 808 HM's and 2 of the MB 809 HM's and I was wondering what g loomis blanks were equivalent to these 2 models, both of these blanks seem to be more moderate fast than the actual fast action they are labeled as
