Re: When does TW Black Friday Sale start?
I think GCs are normally excluded from everyone's normal sales but I do remember a couple times last year that they ran GC specific sales (maybe even for Fathers Day) Cuz I bought the GCs during the sale and then saved em for the next sale to get the most bang OUTTA my buck. Shhhhh don't tell anyone...

Re: Save Phace
Thanks. I'm a City Carrier for the Postal Service. Got about 5-6hrs of walking deliveries a day. Wind isn't constant but it sure as heck seems frequent in the Winter and beats my face up pretty good...not sure if it'd work or not

Save Phace
Just wondering if anyone has used one and what you think? I'm mainly wanting to check one out for working outside. I have a fleece one but it gets wet from breathing into it. Is this something that I can comfortably breath into a couple hours at a time?

Re: Setting the hook on light line
Heck I can't get a good hookset with even heavy line if I don't take up the slack first!! Id say I'm about 70/30% when using light line for Trigs...haven't found the best strategy yet but I think these guys all made great points. Id reckon a thinner wire hook would penetrate easier & a Rod that have...

Re: Crankbait treble to single hook conversion
Anxious to hear a followup once you do convert em. I've thought about it before but always been to scared/lazy to do it!! I'm sure it would make baits a little more Weedless

Re: Winter Jerkbait Fishing
I'm with you here....love love love jerks in the Spring & Fall but haven't had much luck in the Winter & haven't tried much in the Summer. I know it can be done though, like the guys said its all about the retrieve. Not about ripping the bait so much anymore as it is twitching and pausing it

Re: Vision 110 Jr.
The Jr to me fishes just like the regular sized 110. If you're familiar with those its a must have. Only problem is with so many color options they are ADDICTING!!
