I was very excited to read this review. I even checked the site a couple of times between pt1 and pt2. That being said, I was surprised that there weren't categories for "skipping" or "windy conditions". Maybe those would be a good head to head pt 3 winner take all tie breaker.

The two "best" (most sensitive imo) that I have fished are: (1) Shimano Expride, (2) St. Croix - LTB. If I were looking in that range, I would also look at a Kistler KLX or helium.
