Re: If you could have only one crankbait...
I would go with a Bandit 200 if I could have only one crankbait. Seems to always catch fish for me and multiple species.

Re: Dobyns Fury 705CB
I have two of the Fury 705CBs. Been giving them hell since they came out. Use one for topwater and one for lipless, squarebills, and medium cranks. Haven't had any issues with my Fury's. Great rods for the price.

Re: Braid lb for swimbaits
I have been using 80lb for the past year. Zero breakoffs. Even on stopped casts.

I also use the O'shaun Gamakatsu Martens hooks and noticed my Duo baits have similar hooks on them.

I sent 7 in and they put the new thinner T-Wing on all them per my request. No charge.

Re: JDM Chatterbait
ok, I got 4 different orders in of various chatterbaits. Here is my initial response to them. Megabass Wild Headers from Windyside - Love the heads, wire tied, trailer keeper, limited color options Deps - Japan Lure Shop - Love the weight, skirt material and color variations. Re: JDM Chatterbait
well crap. I never saw the email with final shipping amount for Ratuken Windyside so my order was cancelled while I was at the beach. Any good place to get Megabass Wild Headers? Ratuken is down and gives me errors when I try to replace my order.

Re: JDM Chatterbait
Ok, I found some of the chatterbaits on 4 different sites. Placed an order on all 4 of them. Samurai Tackle, Ratuken, Ebay, and Japan Lure Shop. How long does it normally take ya'll to receive lures from China or Japan?

Re: tatula
I use Flouro, specifically Sunline Sniper and 6 of my first 7 had grooving. Those have all been replaced.
Re: tatula
I have bought 4 more since I sent my 7 in to Daiwa. All 4 I bought had the older T-Wing on them. I don't think they are putting the narrower T-Wing on the Tatulas. I will probably go ahead and replace the T-Wing on my 4 new ones.

Re: Tatula T-Wing Grooving
All reels checked out great. They swapped to the skinnier T-Wing and gave all of my reels a cleaning which was nice of them. I do have one more Tatula that I kept that has the older T-wing but no grooving I will eventually get it swapped to the new T-wing myself.
