I flip the braid once and then toss it after that. Usually last a year or two depending on how often I use the setup. My favorite braid for 50lb and above is fx2, below I use daiwa samurai or 832. I just got 5 spools of sx1 to try next season. how many yards do you use per reel usually? I put on 12...

My go-to lure during the rain is a white, pink, or purple worm twitching along the ground. a lotta rain down here in South FL.

Classic top water rapala works well for me, aslo strike king yellow or turquoise crankbaits.

I do alot of canal fishing from a boat and when its cold I use the strike king yellow and black crank bait which dives to about 4ft. Get it right up to the edge and twitch it a couple times as it starts to dive. Seems to work very well for me.

When I started using frogs the ones that I had purchased had the hooks sitting too close right up against the bait. I got a many hits but every time I set the hook they didnt catch. So I bent the hoooks up a little bit and make sure to always pull up when i set the hook. Have caught quite a few bass...

Hello, Im new to tackletour and love the forum and the review archive is amazing! I have many reels but my zillion 100sha is my favorite by far! Never have any problems with it. Use a loomis rod with it and never have any problems. Mainly fish with crankbaits on this reel.
