Re: Switching to a LH reel after many years

i switched to some Lefties last season after using righties for over 30 years also...its a bit awkward at first but i was determined and just used that 1st lefty for a few outings and now its second nature...just takes water time, determination and you will persevere... its really nice to be ambidex...

Re: What do you guys use as lip grippers?

whats also nice about the plastic fishgrip is that it has a hole in the handle for the hook style scales...you can either weigh the gripper separate then deduct the amount or if you put the grip on the hook first then turn your scale on it will zero it out with it then clamp it on to the fish etc...

Re: Go Pro shopping

for one the remote is nice you get with the black and is $79.00 separate...but there is way more settings options on the black, much more versatile...look at the specs on gopro site and look at all the different settings the black has vs the silver... the black on narrow & medium FOV has much higher...

Re: Question for those using left handed reels

I have several lefties and a couple righties still which I'll keep some righties since its nice to switch off on those long days with fatigue. Sure it felt odd as hell setting the hook, reeling the fish in at first. But I just fished with...

Re: NuCanoe Frontier 12

The stability of the Frontier 12 is no joke. The vids you've probably watched on youtube are accurate. I'm not a sponsor and have first hand experience with it with also having a 55# TM on it. For a stand up bassin platform, its definitely the way to go in a hybrid/yak. It is like standing on a floa...

Be thankful, embrace it lol Hell I wish I could throw expensive tackle but too many toothy critters in ALL my waters. I just couldn't bear it seeing a $20ish something bait get jacked by Mr Pikey :crying:
