Re: Who is the MOST over rated ?
This was an interesting read. Then again, I had the time. Just waiting for my bowel prep to take effect.

Re: Daiwa Zillion TW HD 2018
I guess I'm a little late. I have a Diawa Zillion HD Mag Sealed in 7.3 to 1. The handle was just to large for me as were the foam grips. I dropped to a 90 MM handle. Line capacity is substantial on my stock spool. Hat supersized me is the ability to pitch plastics with a little 1/4 ounce. The platfo...

Re: Dobyns Champion Extreme HP 703C
I've had mine for about seven months. I have used it for tubes, hula grubs up to 3/8 ounce, and 1/4 oz shakey heads. I fished some weightless Senkos and it was great for that. I plan to fish neko rigs with it this next season. I paired it with a Diawa SV105 and it balances great.

Re: Champion Extreme 745HP
I have the pre HP and my tourny partner has the HP. I love mine. We both have Zillions on our respective rod. I love the balance and action, especially for jigs. Sensitivity is very good with flouro. I also have a 784ML, 743C, 703C, 795Flip and 742SF. I am very happy with each of them.

Biggest Mistake I made was not purchasing more SV 103's.

One can always send the R&D for Reel Design at Pure Fishing an email and ask them. It's always nice to go to the source and get an informed reply.

Re: Baits bloating
Heat expands the rattles and body so the bait expands and splits at the seams or splits the paint. I made this mistake last summer and left my box on the deck in the sun for four hours after changing baits. I had seven baits split. Three different manufactures. Thank goodness they weren't customs.

Re: 13 Fishing Concept Z
Something about this new material puzzles me. If the CZB material was so difficult to develop and produce, why is there a conversation about making the CZB bushing or bearing substitute available at a cost of $11.00 to fit other main stream reel brands? Now if that talk is just fluff than so be it. ...

Dobyns Spinnerbaits !
I'm always the last to hear about any new anything but was tipped off on Dobyns " D-Blade Advantage " spinner baits at Tackle Warehouse. I am a spinnerbait junkie so I ordered a sampling. Really nice baits over all. The trailer keeper is the best I've seen. The heads have a flat bottom contoured kee...

Re: Dobyns 2018 Ultra High End Rods
I wouldn't think so at this point. The Champion line is the flagship series. I'm sure that's why it's seen the greatest expansion to the number of models in that series. Dobyns has the actions and balance points dialed. If it isn't broke...don't fix it.
