Headed out to Cali next month and was curious of any tackle shops that are a must visit? Thought about tackle warehouse but it appears to be 4 hours away. Any other places that are local stores to stop at?

Just taking a stab in the dark but the yellow knobs I have seen appear to be a lot brighter yellow vs the more orangish yellow of the pixy.

Since it looks like my supplier that I used to get these baits from is now out of business and the BASS boys are giving out my secret bait here does anybody on here make a bait similar to this? 5/8 oz with a sharp 5/0 or 6/0 hook? Custom Bass Tackle used to be my supplier but they are out of buisnes...

OK so I am having two custom rods made and I am having a hard time deciding on what micro guides I want to have put on them? Neither one will be used with braid and I don't care to spend the money for better guides if they are worth it. Any help would be appreciated.
