Oh ok, so you're the one

Important to note it's I-DC4 and I-DC5 not just DC4 and DC5 .. the "I" stands for "intelligent" because the systems supposedly learn and adapt to your casting style.

Re: Quantums S3 series baitcasters

I have only handled one Smoke S3 but I haven't fished one. I really to like it - I am afraid I would bite on a Tour if it felt any better than the Smoke. Guess you guys don't read the reviews eh? :? Only discernible difference between the Tour and Smoke is in pitching. Otherwise they're really clos...

Re: St Croix Legend Glass

The weight really intrigues me...the LGC74MHM weighs in at 5.5oz. Most of today's glass rods are really quite respectable in terms of weight which makes them so much more fishable compared to the old tech glass rods. And there's nothing like that buttery smooth power curve of glass when you have a ...

Consider the Conquest MBR842C for your Conquest BFS... I just got one and have yet to fish it, but that tip is really light.

Re: Light and Tough? It Does EXIST and It's Made by Daiwa

Cal, Can you please specify your thoughts? I've always been a proponent of larger/wider spools on spinning reels for better line management. With a wider spool, the coils on your fishing line aren't as small, so there's less issues with line memory. Daiwa and Shimano usually offer a model with a 30...
