Re: — Anyone? OROCHI EMTF—

I did before the Launcher was released. It was good for cranking especially if you are not crazy about glass rods for cranking which I am not. I prefer the Launcher these days as I feel it handles them better.

Re: Orochi XX AKLYS or Destroyer Warhammer?

Gary is dead on with the Bunker Buster recommendation. It's an absolute pleasure to use with 1,5oz and smaller. I have even played around with it as a frog rod. It's a tad stout for that but around really heavy vegetation I would use it froggin'.
Been very impressed with it.

Re: Megabass levante

Please see the below direct from Megabass: As we do with all of our new releases, we have been closely monitoring the 2019 Levante. After careful examination, we have determined that a quality control oversight allowed certain defective blanks to reach the US market and our customers. This is a fail...

Re: 2019 Megabass Levante issues?

To quell any misinformation out there we simply found some inconsistencies in some graphite material at the factory and were concerned the currents rods may have been affected. It is not all current Levantes and idols no global. Rather than have dealers and customers concerned if their rods were aff...

Re: Swimbait rod

They don't work here in central Florida. I have spent a long time trying to find out. I should know better than getting baited by this. Pros? Buddy Gross won Toho this year and all he did was throw a 6 inch swimbait on an owner beast all day long. Yep. My own personal experience has taught me to us...

Re: Swimbait rod

What size and type of swimbait? Most important question in regards to being able to reccomend any rod to fit your intended use. And that is precisely why I said I fish in Florida and NOT California. I do not use any swimbaits larger than 4 inches normally, and prefer the 3" versions. In California ...
