what line did you use?
Im gonna test throwing on thicker line....
I only had 12lbs mono on as it for another lure prior to getting my whopper plopped.
debating 20 or 25 lbs

what rod are u using for whopper plopper
Just curious for those of u who throw the whopper plopped, what rod do u use?
I threw it on my dobyns champ 706CB but still feels a tad light for that heavy lure.

grooving on reel bs? Not sure how u guys concluded on that. Anyway yeah that was the pic that was posted on FB. Read the reviews on TW. legs broke off after 1 or 2 cast. Never sat in the sun. Had it stoerd indoors room temp for about 3-5 months prior to use. What a joke!!!!
I heard it was coming off for many other folks in the FB fishing forums too thats what motived me to test mines.

Thank you. Early spring water was still about 60 degrees so those two big co blades churning really slow along with the black lure really caught their attention.

I use the scale on my boga grip too, however the digital ones can make your fish seem bigger, thats the plus side to having inaccurate scales. Hahahahah!
