I still dont understand how you broke your rod. Keep your rod tip pointed towards the fish. If it moves hard to the left, change your seating position to side saddle. IF you need to decrease your drag a bit to give you some time to position your rod tip pointed in the right direction, you should not...

BTW, all my fishfinders and through hull installed and the only skewed reading you will get is water temperature which to me is not very important.

No biggie. I know it's rough. I didn't bother to sand it. It was just a quick fix to all the boat rash it had. I plan on breaking it down and sending it to Oscar. I want it curado green like the E series.

Don't think you are going to get a lot of replies here seeing as this is Academy's house brand and there are only Academy stores in the South-Southeast. That being said they are cheap and I use them a lot when bass fishing but I wouldn't use them when Im fishing seriously in the salt. I trust owner ...

As if they weren't expensive enough, it looks like Hobie is increasing many of their prices by an astounding 20% for the upcoming year. It was hard enough selling them at $2500+ for a Pro angler 14 but now we are looking at $3250 for one with tax??? You could get a decent boat for that price??? I gu...
