Questions about the sol ll?
Was wondering if anyone had info on the sol II? Are the parts interchangeable with the original sol, ( handle, star, knob caps, spool, etc)? Was it a JDM release model? I looked on daiwa North America but it's not on there, is it discontinued? I've only found a few reviews that were all positive.

Re: Best Lens Colour for Flats Fishing?
I fish a lot of shallow, crystal clear flats here in Florida and I love my polarized Oakleys. I am using the basic grey polarized now and they are great but i dont sightfish much with them, just helps see grass lines and holes. Now I am waiting for prescription Shallow Blue Polarized. Oakley recomm...

Re: Some one HELP ME!!!
If you got the extra funds do it, life is short. Money's gonna get spent anyway might as well be on something you enjoy. As long as the bills are paid, food on the table, and you buy the wife or gf an occasional dooney purse or Victoria secrets 5 for 27.50 panties you should be good to go!

Re: What should I pay more for the Rod or the Reel
I'd say hit up all the local pawn shops, garage sales, and craigslist. For 300 bucks you can get two rod reel combos so that you can have a spare or two different setups. Someone's loss is your gain . Just stick with reputable brands like shimano, daiwa, etc.

Re: Rod Protection
Academy carries a few options from the simple braided variety that come down to the reel to a sort of bag that encases the whole rod and even has a hanging strap. I figure most folks have an academy within reasonable distance to go in and check them out. Also priced really well.

Re: Megabass Jabberwock variant?
My SB Jabberwock has the Matt black reel seat and my SB Jota has the marbled reel seat. Super Griffon is Matt and Flat Backer is marbled. Interesting, so there are more than 1. Wonder when these were made, begining or tail end of the run? Is your Sb jabberwock also lacking the words titanium armed ...

Yes they are both slant bridge and identical in every way except for the two details mentioned.
