Want a shorter and more sensitive rod for chasing smallies on a river, been looking at the Speed tip Custom and the Hein for throwing light Texas rigged baits around rocks and wood. Any suggestions, am I on the right track or should I be looking at the F4 rods? Thanks

For those of you that own them, what do you like about them, what do not like and are they worth the extra money over the XX ? Not a lot of reviews out there.

I was pleased with how my Gill KB1 Racer Jacket and KB1 Racer Trousers(bib) preformed as I was also on St Clair competing in the BCC Kayak Tourney on Sat.
